Role Overview
Over the past 7 years, kaisin. has significantly influenced the Swiss fast-food market with its healthy, Japanese-infused bowls. With currently 11 stores and 2 more in planning, we are continuously growing and advancing the development of healthy fast food in Switzerland.
As a crewmember, you are directly with the guest and actively shape the experience in our store. Whether at the counter, at the cash register, or in the background – you ensure that everything runs smoothly and our guests receive their bowl fresh, quickly, and with a smile.
For our new location in the center of Basel, we are looking for new crewmembers.
Responsibilities
- Advising our guests and assembling bowls at the counter
- Handling pick-up and delivery orders and operating the cash register
- Assisting with food preparations and inventory control
- Adhering to quality and hygiene standards
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the store
Requirements
- Initial experience in gastronomy is an advantage
- Resilient and reliable even in hectic situations
- Responsible and independent in your work
- Warm, communicative personality with a joy for guest contact
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Flexible and adaptable
