Role Overview

Over the past 7 years, kaisin has significantly shaped the Swiss fast-food market with its healthy, Japanese-infused bowls. With 11 stores currently open and 2 more planned, we are growing continuously and further advancing the development of healthy fast food in Switzerland. As a crew member, you'll be directly involved with our customers and actively contribute to their experience in our store. Whether at the counter, the till, or behind the scenes – you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests receive their bowls fresh, quickly, and with a smile. We are looking for new crew members for our new location in the center of Lucerne .

Responsibilities

  • Advising our guests and assembling bowls at the counter
  • Handling pick-up and delivery orders and operating the cash register
  • Support with food preparation and goods inspection
  • Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
  • Ensure order and cleanliness in the store

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the catering industry is an advantage
  • Resilient and reliable even in hectic situations
  • Responsible and independent in your work
  • A warm, communicative personality who enjoys interacting with guests
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Flexible and adaptable
